Poetry
As a poet I am grateful to be involved in thriving writing communities, including the Butler University MFA Program and the Lafayette Writers' Studio. I have studied with and learned much from Hanif Abdurraqib, Hilene Flanzbaum, Chris Forhan, Melissa Fraterrigo, Alessandra Lynch, Donald Platt, Dana Roeser and David Shumate. Dance
I studied dance for many years and have taught modern dance and ballet for more than 20 years at schools including Tyler Junior College in Texas and Evergreen City Ballet in Washington State. Currently I am on faculty at Lafayette Ballet School in Lafayette, Ind., where my dancing life began. Photo credit for image above: the incomparable Jeremy Hogan. Marketing
I'm a member of the Marketing & Communications team at Purdue University's business school, and have worked in communications at other large colleges, namely Indiana University and Florida State University. My passions are writing and editing, and I can explain CTRs and CPL when asked. Image above is a favorite spot on Purdue's campus.
